How does military life in US airforce affect your marriage?
N/AHow does military life in US airforce affect your marriage?
just depends..long hours, lots of deployments, changing duty stations..its a tough job but it can be done if you love your husband and your marriage.
i think its fun, i've liked moving all over with my husband and am looking forward to more. i say travel young! :)How does military life in US airforce affect your marriage?
TDYs and wartime overseas deployments can be very hard on a spouse.
Not only having to raise the family alone for months at a time, but the worry that something might happen to the love of your life.
I don't know about the air force, but I can tell you the army sure puts a lot of stress on a relationship with a divorce rate of over 70% during the 10 years I was in.

If gay marriage become legal, would you practice abstinence?
I mean, as in, to postpone having sex until marriage. Would you do it?
Or you would just prefer to have sex with just anyone, anytime, with no feelings, and one-night-stands just like the homophobes have accused us?If gay marriage become legal, would you practice abstinence?
In respect to behaviour before, during and after a marriage I suspect gays would do as straights do. We are gay, we are not an alien life form.If gay marriage become legal, would you practice abstinence?
I don't believe in 'no sex until marriage' for gay or straight individuals. It's some people's choice, but it seems to go against the nature of being a human being to me.
';I will ignore my body's natural needs and act our of accordance with what evolution has imprinted in me because a social ritual has not yet been preformed tying me to one person for the rest of our existence.'; is a very bizarre reason to not have sex in my eyes. If you haven't has sex before marriage, then there's a probability you're marrying simply to feed that biological need, not because the other person is someone you could spend the rest of your life with.
Gay marriage is legal where I live, doesn't mean I'm sitting around praying for the one to sweep me off my feet or anything.
I'm not gay but I do support same-sex marriage.
I used to go to conservative churches that teach that abstinence crap, and I learned that the leaders of these churches actually crack jokes about 30 and 40 year-old virgins behind their backs. Now I just send my Christian friends to the site below which debunks the whole thing against premarital sex in the Bible. It covers same-sex lifestyles too. I hope it helps you.
No. I had to keep up the appearance of being straight while I was in the Army. If I didn't sleep with a man or 2 in those days, that would have raised flags on suspicions of me being gay. I didn't want that, so I did what I had to do.
If I could've done things differently, I probably would've remained abstinent.
I am married, BTW. I believe my wife would have practiced abstinence IF she married a man. But she married me, %26amp; I have no problem.
Good question-made me get the gray matter working at 2am!
yes, i will.. and am actually practicing abstinence as much as i can..but sometimes i get so horny i cud just rip someone's shirt off..lol i think not being able to marry makes us look like a bunch of bad sexcraved maniacs for the rest of our lives... when the truth is we're all the same be str8 or gay...
In my opinion, both of the options are too extreme.
I wouldn't practive abstinence but I wouldn't have sex with just anybody either. How about having sex with the person you love?
Good luck.
;-)
I wouldn't practice abstinence (well, too late now anyway lol) because I'm not religious and I don't really have those moral ideas.
But I wouldn't continue just sleeping around.
1. Too late for that for me.
2. Heterosexual people also have one-night stands.
3. ?
whether its legal or not I'm staying abstinate until I'm married
That would be a double standard.
Lol, no... Who actually does that?
i would still have sex with those i felt like having sex with??
are there other options..
honestly, i dont really get your question

Are judges who make the decision to legalize gay marriage, gay themselves?
or just logically incomprehensible? Are judges who make the decision to legalize gay marriage, gay themselves?
Yes, they are homosexuals themselves. If I were the judge, I would not make decision to legalize marriage because it is disgusting to marry people with same genitals. It's a yuck!!!Are judges who make the decision to legalize gay marriage, gay themselves?
Judges carry out the law, they are not able to legalize anything.
Laws are made by the government, not by the judiciary.
To answer the question behind the question, are the lawmakers who legalise gay marriage also gay?
It is possible that some may be, but as gays are less than 10% of the population then most of those lawmakers are going to be straight.
No, they are protecting the rights of everyone. They are being fair and impartial. You cannot discriminate against a group due to religious feelings.Just because the ';majority'; voted for it doesn't make it fair or right. If we went by majority rules there would still be slaves and women wouldn't be able to vote. Sometimes the majority are bigoted and wrong.
It is irrelevant whether or not they are gay. As far as your second question, I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you saying you can't understand them because they interpret the laws in a way that you wouldn't?
Neither!
Just decent open minded human beings!
EDIT: I also agree with the comment below 'judges' do not make decisions on their own personal opinions or feelings!
=)
No, they followed their Job they were supposed to do, throwing out illegal or unconstitutional laws. Stay in school and try a basic civics class.
What an incredibly ignorant statement. I will assume you are quite young and naive, which sadly makes the comment even more tragic.
What is logically incomprehensible is the fact that the issue was even voted on.
I doubt they are gay. They are probably good judges who are able to see through BS and rule fairly while looking out for the rights of American citizens.
nope neither, the judges who legalized it in cali were mostly republican
They are just truly impartial.
Neither!
No more so than you.chemical face peel

Why would my husband want to change position's all of a sudden after 20 years of marriage?
I have always been in the same position on my back next to the clock, should I put my foot down? Why would my husband want to change position's all of a sudden after 20 years of marriage?
He got all excited watching you put that new g string on that he wants to liven things up a bit. Go with the flow. Why would my husband want to change position's all of a sudden after 20 years of marriage?
He wants a little variety. There's nothing wrong with that as long as the variety is with you.Do a little doggie or reverse cowgirl.
Maybe he wants a change because he is bored with it and wants variety. Don't be so mean and selfish towards him atleast he's coming home boinking you not Mrs. Sullivan down the street. Geez
Have you put on some weight?.
Maybe he's starting to burn his erse on the light bulb when your at it and he's fed up with burnt buns.
Your husband sounds distinctly lacking in moral fibre to me. Send him over to D.C. I'll show him some rectitude!
maybe if you put your foot down he won't know what to do
yes you should put your foot down if its been working for 20years why change it now
Perhaps someone else has been teaching him new ones.
Maybe hes tried it with someone else and likes it...
There is a spring poking out of his side of the mattress....
change can be good....
your way to hot for him .
You might enjoy having your butt in the air..give it a try!!
ask him?
