3. Marriage is an institution in which a man loses his Bachelor's Degree and the woman gets her masters.

6. Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends. You order what you want, and when you see what the other person has, you wish you had ordered that instead.

8. A happy marriage is a matter of giving and taking; the husband gives and the wife takes.

9. Son: How much does it cost to get married, Dad? Father: I don't know son, I'm still paying for it.

These are very funny views about marriage...

Maybe you may not want to get married after you read thisWhat is marriage ? Why people want to marry again and again ?
For the record, I would only like to be married twice. I am a teenager (14) and have known this for all my life.

And I think marriage is a bond between man and woman, connecting them until they die. Call me old fashioned, but I dont think that people should be married more than once. I can understand some situations (abusive man or woman, someone dies, you continuously fight, etc.), but most people are marrying the first chance they get nowadays, no matter if they love this person or not.

Hope I helped =)
I think people get married for the two incomes, to please their families and to start families.
I really believe that some people marry again and again because they can't be alone. Some people have to be in a relationship at all times or they are not happy. I have a friend that is 36 and has been married 5 times. The longest marrage lasted 4 years. When she isn't married she is looking for ';Mr. Right'; as soon as she is out of one relationship she is into another. It is a mess, of her own making....
Remarriage is the triumph of hope over experience.
one marriage is ------ mirage of two color blind persons

repeat marriage is --win of hope over experience

Want second income without evaluating second outcome

in business language :

when cost of maintaing a girl friend is more than cost of maintaining a wife

A person become too lazy to go out gets a domestic toy

house help is getting costlier by the day , get cheaper help.

high income ladies marry as domestic pets are costlier
Marriage is an interpersonal relationship with governmental, social, or religious recognition, usually intimate and sexual, and often created as a contract, or through civil process. Civil marriage is the legal concept of marriage.

The most frequently occurring form of marriage unites a man and a woman as husband and wife.Other forms of marriage also exist; for example, polygamy, in which a person takes more than one spouse (marriage partner), is common in many societies.

The reasons people marry vary, but usually include one or more of the following: legal, social and economic stability; the formation of a family unit; procreation and the education and nurturing of children; legitimizing sexual relations; public declaration of love.

A marriage is often declared by a wedding ceremony, which may be performed by a religious officiator, through a similar government-sanctioned secular officiator, or (in weddings that have no church or state affiliation) by a trusted friend of the wedding participants. The act of marriage usually creates obligations between the individuals involved, and in many societies, their extended families.

the reason why people wants a divorce, because they cant simply understand each other. and the reason why they want to get married again is to hope that they will find the person that will match with them...
