by just allowing marriage within american society..no outsiders ...at least not indians..What can American society do to prevent marriage fraud in this country?
USCIS know when the marriage is a fraud, and they will be in problems bigggggggggg problems. It happens with alot of Puertoricans, because they charge to their relatives something like us15.000. I don't think this is a good deal getting marry with a dirty people and also paying... EWUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!. Americans Americans are more smart and clever and I don't think they will get marry for money.What can American society do to prevent marriage fraud in this country?
simple--- make sure that the couples stay married a minimum of 15 years and share the same residence





and close the loophole known as THE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN'S ACT that is now in place





cuz all that is needed for women who are committing marriage fraud against their husbands and the government are ALLEGATIONS -- the husband does not even have to be convicted for the female to gain entry to the states when using this method

2 Neb. couples charged with marriage fraud

Eight Greater Cincinnati area residents have pleaded guilty Friday to a large scale scheme that arranged fake marriages to help aliens illegally stay in the United States.
