Max out the credit cards, drain the accounts, transfer any possessions you personally own to someone else, then declare bankruptcy and file for divorce at the same time.
I saw this on one of the daily soaps. It worked in soap-land, so maybe it will work in real life.How do you get out of a bad marriage when you are trapped financially in it?
You have to weigh the benefit of being happy vs. financial obligation. If you stay married because it is less expensive then you are guilty of greed and will be self condemned to a living hell (aka your marriage)
