Rarely!!! Naaa it just means the actual intercourse. Hugging, sure. Kissing, sure. Even further, sure. Just not intercourse. Hey, we're all human after all. There are no set rules; some do everything except intercourse, others won't even kiss until marriage. Also is very much dependent on the culture and media influence.
